While Erik Scott is based in Bryan/College Station, his territory is Texas.
This eighth-generation Texan knows Central Texas and he knows real
estate. With a background in residential, commercial, farm and ranch, as
well as investment deals and relocation services, Erik is the go-to-guy with
knowledge of all types of real estate transactions. Excellent service is his
mission, and he has the background, dedication and experience to
accomplish it.

calm, detail oriented and has lived in the Brazos Valley nearly twenty
years. He is committed to the community through his involvement in his
children's activities and College Station ISD. He is active in his church,
where he serves on the finance committee.

always had a passion for real estate and brings a wide array of talents to
the table. She has a degree in communications and a minor in Interior
Design and honed her industry skills right out of college helping
Houston's elite find their perfect home. When she married Erik Scott, she
added to her experience by working for a small town title company and
then the local economic development organization.
Many know Katy as an active community leader from her time at the
Research Valley Partnership and as the Director at The March of Dimes.
She was most recently the Director of Ronald McDonald House Charities
and was put in charge of the expansion of Programs and Services to the
Brazos Valley. Through her background in non-profit management and
God-given talent of building relationships and helping people through
tough situations, Katy brings a confident, positive and nurturing aspect
to the Scott Property Group.
